REFERRAL INCENTIVE AND REWARD PROGRAM
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you our Referral Incentive and Reward Program in relation to our regular general cleaning services (For our carpet cleaning services see www.carpetcleaningconsultants.com.au).
Our program involves allocating points to you based on referrals by you that result in new customers either in regular general cleaning or carpet cleaning.
If you refer your friends family work colleagues neighbours etc to us for a quote on regular general cleaning or carpet cleaning then you will be able to benefit by receiving a Reward in our Referral Incentive and Reward Program as follows.
1. Point system
1 referral resulting in a quote but not acceptance of our quote = ½ point.
1 referral for regular general cleaning resulting in acceptance of our quote = 1 point.
1 referral for carpet cleaning resulting in acceptance of our quote = 1 point.
Points may be accumulated.
2. Rewards
1 point = half price on your next regular clean or your:
(a) oven cleaned;
(b) fridge cleaned;
(c) 4 main windows cleaned; or
(d) carpet in 1 room of your home professionally cleaned.
2 points = a free regular clean of your home or carpets in 2 rooms of your home professionally cleaned.
3 points = (a) free regular clean of your home and your:
(1) oven cleaned;
(2) fridge cleaned; or
(3) 4 main windows cleaned; or
(b) free professional cleaning of your:
(1) upholstery lounge suite (by hot water extraction system: “steam” cleaning); or
(2) leather lounge (if you have one).
5 points = free carpet cleaning of your home.
3. How to start
Simply mention to someone our services and suggest they contact Danny on 0403369520 to discuss. Further, ask them to let Danny know you referred them to us.
We will keep you informed and keep track of your points and rewards.
